Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLMIntel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LLMIntel provides:

• Model lifecycle tracking (deprecation and retirement monitoring)
• GenAI cost metering and analytics
• Proactive notifications about model changes
• Migration recommendations

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond documented API usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Submit false or misleading telemetry data

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Plans

Free: Up to $300/month tracked spend
Starter: $29/month ($300-$3k tracked)
Growth: $149/month ($3k-$25k tracked)
Scale: $499/month ($25k-$100k tracked)
Enterprise: Custom pricing

5.2 Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day trial that suspends the free spend ceiling. Trials are one-time per account and require no payment method. At trial end, your account reverts to the free tier unless you upgrade.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Our telemetry collects metadata only: model ids, token counts, and timestamps. We never collect prompts or completions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by LLMIntel and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MODEL LIFECYCLE INFORMATION IS ALWAYS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU SHOULD VERIFY CRITICAL INFORMATION WITH PROVIDER SOURCES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLMINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLMIntel from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
