When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. For paid accounts, Stripe processes payment information (we do not store credit card details).
Our telemetry SDK collects metadata only about your AI model usage:
We never collect prompts, completions, or any user-generated content. All telemetry is metadata for cost tracking and lifecycle monitoring.
Our public catalog API and MCP server can be accessed anonymously. We temporarily store hashed IP addresses for rate limiting (pruned after each minute window). No raw IP addresses or identifiable information is retained beyond rate limit enforcement.
When you sign up for retirement alerts, we collect your email address and the models you want to monitor. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any alert email.
